The elastic element of the progressive elevator safety gear adopts a disc spring, which is more stable. During use, it is clamped on the guide rail by elastic clamping force and slides, and the kinetic energy and potential energy of the car are consumed by the friction with the guide rail, so that the car is stopped.
It should be noted that: the single-lift safety gear needs to be offset to one side by about 4mm during action, and sufficient clearance should be left during installation.
