The elastic elements used in our common instantaneous safety gears are: Π-shaped spring, disc spring, U-shaped spring, etc. Our SGA1A safety gear adopts the Π-type spring structure clamp body to act as an elastic element. During use, when the elevator is overspeeding or falling down due to some reasons, the elevator fails. Single-lifting the safety gear through the movable wedge on one side, the contact between the wedge and the guide rail will cause friction. In the process of friction with the guide rail, the kinetic energy and potential energy of the car will be consumed, so that the car will stop.
